How do I upgrade to Pro?
Open Krafio → Settings → Upgrade to Pro. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Can I export my data?
Data export is coming in a future update. For urgent requests, contact us at support@krafio.app.
I lost my photos / data
Your data is synced to the cloud automatically. Make sure you're logged in with the same account. If the issue persists, contact us immediately.
